    E-Commerce

    This is a demonstration of an e-commerce application. It is a restaraunt food order page, where a user is able to select food items from the menu, adjust their quantities, and add the items to their shopping cart. The user submits their checkout information and the user data is sent to a Firebase database.

    You may have heard of Conway's Game of Life. It is a game used to model the life and death of individual cells based on a set of three simple rules.

    About Me

    I began my coding journey near the end of 2019. I began learning Python by watching tutorials on Youtube and buildng simple games like Tic-Tac-toe or the card game War. What drew me to programming was my enjoyment of problem solving and logic, but also the ability to express creativity. Eventually, as I learned more about the world of code, I decided my time and interest would be better served by pursuing web developement. I opted to shift my focus away from Python and toward HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the React framework. I love it! It's thrilling when you finally solve that difficult problem you're stuck on. I get a rush thinking that with code I am only limited by my own imagination and how quickly I can learn.
